Plan Your First Visit
We want your first experience at First Baptist Church Montpelier to be meaningful and stress-free. Here are answers to some of the most common questions from our guests.
What are your children's programs?
We offer Sunday School for children of all ages at 9:30 AM. During our 10:30 AM morning service, our children’s ministry is centered on including kids in the life of the church. We encourage children to participate in the main service with their families, fostering shared worship and spiritual growth. For times when little ones need a break, we provide safe, comfortable children’s rooms with a live stream of the service, allowing parents to stay engaged while caring for their child.
How long is the service?
Our morning worship service typically lasts between 60 to 75 minutes. The service includes congregational singing, a time of prayer, and a biblical message.
Is the church accessible?
Yes, our sanctuary and common areas are fully wheelchair accessible via our rear entrance. We have designated accessible parking spaces and our greeters are ready to assist you in any way upon your arrival.
What should I do when I arrive?
Head toward our main entrance where you'll be met by one of our friendly welcome team members. They can guide you to the sanctuary, help you locate classrooms, or answer any immediate questions you have.
